Cancelations are subject to a 10% restocking fee, the reason for this is we get charged from a 3rd party transaction company...and for any refunds we get charged that 10% , that is why we offer store credit. ANY custom item is subject to NO refund as it was created custom for the individual who placed the order. buyer is fully aware that by placing a custom order, item is configured to their liking ONLY. Meaning it would be difficult to re-sell a custom item. So for that reason no store credit will be granted.

You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. buyer pays for return shipping costs, if its a result of our error (received wrong item) we will pay return shipping.
